  近日,第二十四届中国专利奖颁奖。获得中国专利金奖的共有29个项目,其中就有江苏大学鲁金忠教授团队的“一种用于多种叶片激光冲击的变形抑制夹具”。

  航空发动机是飞机的“心脏”,被称为“工业皇冠上的明珠”,同时也是衡量一个国家高端制造集成技术的标准。其中,叶片作为航空发动机的核心构件,价值约占航空发动机的29%。在极端恶劣环境下,叶片承受交变载荷,极易产生疲劳,导致失效和断裂。

  “装夹装置是叶片激光冲击强化过程中不可替代的环节,欧美国家对我国进行封锁,我们必须自主研发。”鲁金忠介绍,当前航空发动机涡轮叶片激光冲击强化装夹主要面临4个难题:叶身强化容易产生震颤和变形,叶片型面冲击轨迹规划难,表面加工精度要求高,尺寸形状差异大。

  针对这4个难题,团队提出发明一种用于多种叶片激光冲击的变形抑制装夹方法和夹具,可以根据叶片几何特征,进行叶根定位、叶身夹紧,同时又能抑制叶片变形。

  基于这样的想法,团队最终采用磁吸式和组合设计,实现多种叶片快速装夹、灵活切换;叶片采用多点感应柔性支撑,自适应叶片形状,抑制了强化过程中的叶片变形;叶身则采用柔带式夹紧,约束叶片悬垂末端,提升叶片的夹持刚度。

  采用该发明技术强化的涡轮截面位置度、变形扭转角、表面粗糙度、疲劳寿命均达到或超过国际上先进的同类产品;利用激光冲击对损伤涡轮叶片进行绿色再制造,其性能指标超过新的叶片,并可节约生产成本75%至80%。

  由多名院士和航空制造专家组成的专家组给出鉴定意见:该发明专利攻克了航空发动机涡轮叶片关键件表面改性与保形控制等难题,技术原创性强,具有自主知识产权,整体技术达到国际先进水平,其中形性调控技术达到国际领先水平。

  目前,该发明技术已实现产业化,在多家行业头部企业得到应用和推广,产生了显著的经济效益。2020年1月至2021年12月底,该发明技术合计应用单位6家,新增销售额6.25亿元,新增利润2.42亿元。

  鲁金忠说,他们团队为解决国家重大战略需求而设计的夹具,不仅仅是一个装置,还集成了快速定位、多点感应自适应和柔性装夹等方法。
